The time (parts 1-4)
First of all, there was the time
Even before the big bang time went by
Even before the origin of the universe
there was the time
The time is older than the first particles
Older than the matter that arose
out of nothingness
Time is older than the light - First of all there was
the time
The time goes away
The time knows just one way
Straight from the past to the future the time
goes away
Sometimes slowly, sometimes fast
But irreversible straight ahead
The time goes away, - knowing just one
way
The time goes by
The time goes in a straight line
Straight from the past to the future the
time goes by
There are no cross roads, there are no bends,
There are no side roads,
there’s no turning back
In a straight line - the time goes by
Last of all, there will be the time
Even after the big crunch time will
go by
Even after the collapse of the universe there will be the time
The time
will still be there when there’s nothing else,
When there’s no matter,
no light, when there’s just emptiness
The time will never die - Last of
all, there will be the time
